MerzoukiChief Strategy & Development Officer, Casablanca Finance City Authority; Morocco

A paradigm shift is occurring, especially in Africa where various stakeholders are reassessing their values, considering what intrinsically constitutes the essence of their bottom line. I strongly  believe that we have a unique opportunity to think outside the box, to reinvent the way we do responsible business and to ultimately give a deeper meaning to our most valuable resources: human-beings.

Lamia Merzouki, is director of strategy and development at Casablanca Finance City Authority. Lamia graduated from ESSEC Business School in Paris and followed an executive program at Harvard Business School.
