It sought to examine whether business and ethics are complementary or contradictory, and explore new ways for business leaders to evolve leadership styles that are sustainable, yet profitable for their organizations. The conference also examined the need for a paradigm shift: from motivation through salary perks to inspiration through shared vision and common values.

The paradigm shift is making these challenges to turn into an opportunity for a better world, and a global family. See the whole world as one human family and what is the best thing we can do”, he added.
