Mr. Shashi Kant Sharma has served as the Comptroller and Auditor General (C&AG) of India since 2013. As a constitutional functionary, he is responsible for auditing the accounts of the Union Government and of the State Governments of India. Currently, he is Member of the UN Board of Auditors. He is also the Chair of the Knowledge Sharing and Knowledge Services Committee of the International Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI) and Chair of the Working Group of INTOSAI on Information Technology Audit.
