Ms. Vora is a Chartered Accountant with over 3 decades of experience in Finance. She was Group Director and CFO – IDFC Alternatives and CFO of the Indian operations of Antwerp Diamond Bank N.V. and KBC Bank N.V. besides working with Calyon Bank, Oman International Bank S.A.O.G and as an independent Chartered Accountant. She has been a member of the National Accounting Standards Committee of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Committee for Members in Industry of the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and various other eminent committees and serves as an independent director on corporate boards. She has been conferred with the “Women Leadership Excellence Award” by the Institute of Public Enterprise.
