Adapting to the “new normal” – Leadership lessons to navigate through the crisis and beyond.

Brussels, 18 November 2020 – To help organizations and teams deal with the impact and the changes the current pandemic brings about, The World Forum for Ethics in Business has teamed up with Swiss-based leadership training organization TLEX Institute for a series of “Learning from Leaders” video podcasts.

Every month, this dialogue series will welcome leading experts from business, politics, academics and sports to discuss leadership trends, best practices and the ethics of “the new normal”.

The year 2020 has undeniably brought about an unprecedented transformation in the way we live, work and interact with each other. For organizations adapting to the changes is no longer an option but an absolute necessity to be able to sustain in the market.

However, as the current pandemic has challenged our traditional systems and norms, how do we equip both organizations and the individual to adapt, stay agile, be future-ready and increase resilience in the wake of a worldwide crisis?

What are the leadership trends, lessons learned, best practices and – in light of uncertainty, economic struggles, home office and virtual meetings – how can we ensure a sense of human connectedness, inspiration and a behavior rooted in ethics and human values?

The monthly “Learning from Leaders” dialogue series will discuss these questions, seek answers and highlight how we can recognize and turn this inevitable change into a chance and build growth and resilience in the face of a crisis.
