WFEB to co-host Think Tank on “Digital Wellbeing: Navigating the Information Age” at the UN in Geneva on 20 June 2024

The current digital information age has changed the way we live, work, and interact with each other. While technology undoubtedly has the potential to improve human lives and address global challenges, where is the place for ethics and humanness in the digital age? How can we use technology to enhance mental, emotional, and physical health? And where has the use of technology gone astray?

Organized by the World Forum for Ethics in Business in collaboration with the Permanent Mission of India, this Think Tank on 20 June 2024 from 4 pm – 6 pm CEST at the UN, Palais des Nations, in Geneva (Room XVIII) will gather international leaders and distinguished diplomats to delve into the effects of technology on our mental, emotional, and physical well-being. The discussions will highlight the ethical use of digital tools and discuss practical strategies for managing challenges such as information overload and societal polarization, but also the use of technology for creating a positive societal impact.
