Dr. Mac Smith is a Senior Staff User Experience Researcher and Founding Member of the X (formerly Google[x]) User Experience Team. In his current role, Dr. Smith leads user experience work with the Rapid Evaluation​ team, which focuses on rapid technology prototyping and detailed analysis of the business potential of new projects. Dr. Smith completed his MA & PhD in Human Factors at George Mason University, and previously worked at Microsoft Games Studio and Motorola.
