H. E. Mr. Ayoub Kara is a Member of the Knesset and Deputy Minister of Regional Cooperation in Israel. He was the previously Deputy Speaker of the Knesset, serving as Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Workers and Chairman of the Anti-Drug Committee, and was Deputy Minister of the Development of the Negev and Galilee. Mr. Kara served in the Israel Defense Forces Reserve, attaining the rank of Major. He earned his law degree from Ono Academic College and a Masters in Public Policy from TAU.
