Mr. Nikhil Sen is the Managing Director of Unibic Biscuits, India Pvt Ltd. He joined Britannia in 1980 as a management trainee and rose to lead the company as Chief Operating Officer from 2003 to 2005. Mr. Sen led the company with a sales turnover of INR 15 billion and profits of  2 billion. After leaving Britannia, he set up UNIBIC in India in 2005 and has steered it to the fastest growing company in the Biscuits category today. He has been closely associated with the Art of Living organisation and currently oversees the education vertical of the organisation as the Chairman of Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir Trust.
