Hon. Mr. Ryszard Czarnecki is the Vice-President of the European Parliament and the Vice President of the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly.  He has served as a Member of the European Parliament since 2004. Hon. Mr. Czarnecki is a Member of the Policy Committee of the Law and Justice party as well as Member of the Council of the Alliance of European Conservatives and Reformists.
He was awarded Republic of Armenia’s National Assembly Medal of Honour for his contributions in strengthening of inter-parliamentary friendship relations.
